How much does an Odoo migration cost?
Migrations start at a $500 base. Each custom module that has to be ported forward is priced by size at $499, $799 or $1,200. After a free assessment of your current database and customizations, you get a fixed, itemized quote.
Will my customizations and data survive the upgrade?
That’s the whole point of doing it carefully. We inventory your custom modules, Studio changes, reports and integrations, port them to the new version, and migrate your data into a test database first so you can verify everything before go-live.
Can you migrate us from QuickBooks or another system to Odoo?
Yes. Beyond Odoo-to-Odoo version upgrades, we migrate businesses onto Odoo from QuickBooks, spreadsheets and other ERPs — mapping your chart of accounts, customers, products and open transactions into a clean Odoo setup.
How many Odoo versions can you jump at once?
We can move you from an older release straight to the current version. Larger jumps take more testing because modules and data structures change between versions, which we account for in the scope and quote.
