Do we have to have had OnePC build our Odoo to get support?
No. We support Odoo systems built by others too. We start with an onboarding to understand your setup, customizations and integrations so we can support it confidently.
How fast do you respond?
Response expectations are set by your Care Plan tier. We’re a small, senior team, so you reach people who actually know Odoo rather than a first-line script. We agree on priorities and turnaround with you during onboarding.
Can you just help occasionally instead of a monthly plan?
Yes. If you only need help now and then, we can handle one-off work on a quoted basis. Many clients still prefer a Care Plan for predictable cost and priority attention — we’ll recommend whichever fits your usage honestly.
Do you support both Odoo Community and Enterprise?
